With an experience as a TV Presenter, Co-organizer of the Camerimage Film Festival, Roma worked on many continents on wide range of film and audiovisual projects. She is continuously developing the industry knowledge by working constantly on her own projects, collaborate with other filmmakers and organizations. With strong sense of responsibility and commitment to this field, Roma works as an Assistant Director and Producer whilst directing personal projects. She understands what a work ethics is and has the main characteristics one needs to perform well: responsibility, sense of commitment and ability to work in a team. She works well under pressure and knows when a bit of humor is needed.
